Passive and discrete components are often overlooked components where test sockets are concerned. The RST engineering staff is very adept at coming up with practical and economical designs for these components, whether a single site or multi-DUT solution.

The examples below illustrate the practicality of our designs. The sockets on the left tested a vacuum switched Diode device. The sockets on the right were used to Kelvin test surface mount Diodes. Both sockets are ZIF contact, using small latching arms to seat and lock the package into the nest.
