RST maintains six classifications of test sockets to handle a multitude of requirements. Flex Series is our line of boiler-plated clamshell sockets for hand test. Flex BI is our economical line of machined Burn-in sockets. Our Automated Test Sockets are "designed to spec" for integration with conventional auto handling test equipment. Our High Speed Series sockets are advanced designs for test at higher band widths above 8-10 GHz. The RST TO Series are a full line-up of LIF sockets to test the majority of TO and Discrete style packages. Our Custom Socket designs comprise pretty much any package or test requirement that can't be accommodated with any of our other socket products.
